A meeting regarding the publication of the final Electoral Roll 2025 was held on 10th January 2025 at the conference hall of the DC Kohima. The meeting was chaired by Deputy Commissioner, Kumar Ramnikant, IAS, and attended by representatives of various political parties under the Kohima division.
Addressing the gathering, Kumar Ramnikant urged political parties to intensify their internal efforts to sensitize members and ensure the enrollment of all eligible citizens, as the number of new enrollments remains low. He emphasized the importance of collective responsibility in strengthening democratic processes.
During the meeting, the Deputy Commissioner distributed both hard and soft copies of the finalized Electoral Roll to the representatives of recognized political parties and Assistant Electoral Registration Officers. He also encouraged the stakeholders to verify and ensure the accuracy of the voter list in their respective areas.

Draft Publication of final Electoral Rolls for all the Assembly Constituencies under Tuensang District was held under the Chairmanship of Additional Deputy Commissioner Tuensang, Shelley Katiry on 10th January 2025 at DC’s Conference Hall, Tuensang in Connection with the Special Summary Revision 2025.

KIPHIRE
The Final Draft Publication of Electoral Roll of 2 (Two) Assembly Constituencies under Kiphire District namely 59 - Seyochung - Sitimi and 60 - Pungro - Kiphire was held on 10th January 2025 at the office of the ADC & Electoral Registration Officer, Kiphire, Longdiba L Sangtam in the presence of Assistant Electoral Registration Officer, Assistant Election Officer, Booth Level Officer and representatives from recognized National and State Political parties held at DC's Conference Hall, Kiphire on 10th January 2025.
As per the Final Electoral Roll 2025, the total number of electors recorded in Kiphire District stands at 58,856 (29683 male and 29173 female) showing a net increase of 607 from the previous draft electoral roll. The total numbers of enrolled electors are

MOKOKCHUNG
Review meeting with political parties for Final Publication of Electoral Roll was held at DC’s Conference Room, Mokokchung on 10th January 2025. In his short speech, the Deputy Commissioner Mokokchung, Thsuvisie Phoji welcomed the representatives of all political parties and emphasized the importance of transparency and collaboration in ensuring a free and fair election. He also expressed gratitude for their cooperation during the electoral roll revision process. In his closing remarks, the DC thanked the political parties for their participation and constructive feedback. The DC reiterated the election office’s commitment to conducting impartial and transparent elections. He further, appealed all political parties to promote peaceful and fair electoral practice while ensuring compliance with the Election Commission’s guidelines.
In his brief review on final Publication of Electoral Roll, the ADC provided an overview of the process leading to the final publication of the Electoral Roll, highlighting the key points with details on additions, deletions, and corrections during the revision process. The ADC also highlighted the steps taken including field verifications and grievance redressed mechanisms to ensure accuracy, and the efforts to include special categories of voters, such as senior citizens, PwDs, and first time voters. The ADC also informed the political parties that the Final copy of the Electoral Roll is available for inspection at the ADC office, Mokokchung.

DIMAPUR
The Office of the Deputy Commissioner and District Election Officer, Dimapur, officially released the Final Photo Electoral Roll on January 10, 2025, with 1st January 2025 as the qualifying date. The publication event was held at the ADC office chamber, was presided over by Zakabo V. Rotokha, ADC & Electoral Registration Officer, Dimapur, Assistant Election Officer, Dimapur, Toshimongba Longchar along with representatives of political parties, election officials, and stakeholders attended the publication event.
Rotokha emphasized the importance of accuracy and inclusivity in the roll, urging collective efforts to ensure every eligible voter’s participation. He also noted that voter enrollment is an ongoing process to accommodate new applications.
The revision process saw an increase in registered voters from 1,22,501 in the draft roll to 1,24,038 in the final roll—a net addition of 1,537 voters. Significant statistics include an Electoral to Population Ratio of 459, a Gender Ratio of 1011, and EPIC coverage of 98.7%. Service voters totaled 1,080, while 354 persons with disabilities were registered.
The revision also processed 2,283 Form 6 applications (new voter inclusion), admitting 2,109, and deleted 572 entries through 638 Form 7 submissions, ensuring a clean and accurate voter database.
Rotokha also said that there is an 1.25% increase in voter registration and nearly 99% EPIC coverage in Dimapur

Additional Deputy Commissioner & Electoral Registration Officer, Phek, Roupfukuotuo Nuodi (NCS) has informed the public of Phek district, that the list of amendments to the draft electoral roll for 16-Pfutsero A/C, 17-Chizami A/C, 19-Phek A/C, 20-Meluri A/C has been prepared with reference to 1st January, 2025 as the qualifying date and in accordance with Registration of Electors Rules, 1960.
It further informed that a copy of the electoral roll together with the said list of amendments has been published which will be available for inspection at the office of ADC & Electoral Registration Officer, Phek during office hour.
