The Ayushman Bhavah campaign is a comprehensive nationwide healthcare initiative of the Union Ministry of Health & Family Welfare in India. The campaign aims to provide saturation coverage of healthcare services to every village and town in the country . 

The Nagaland Legislative Assembly passed a resolution on the Forest (Conservation) Amendment Act 2023 on 14th September 2023. Minister for Environment, Forest and Climate Change, C. L John moved the eleven-point resolution on the floor of the House on the third day of the session.

On September 13, 2023, the District Youth Resources Officer (YRO), Mokokchung, announced a District Level Youth Festival for young individuals aged between 16 to 29 years in Mokokchung District. This festival promises to be a celebration of youthful talent and culture, featuring Folk Song and Folk Dance competitions.

On September 13, 2023, District Sports Officer Mokokchung, Anguvito Sumi announced the organization of an Inter High School Tournament. This tournament will take place in the discipline of Sepaktakraw (Regu Event) and is open to both Boys and Girls.

The District Sports Officer of Kohima District extended an invitation to all sports enthusiasts in the district to participate in the Kohima District Inter High School Tournament in the discipline of Sepaktakraw Regu Event. This tournament will also serve as a selection trial for Sepaktakraw for both Boys and Girls under the age of 14 (Regu Event).
