In alignment with the rest of the nation, Nagaland is set to celebrate Constitution Day on November 26, 2023, commemorating the adoption of the Constitution of India.

All Administrative Heads of Departments (AHoDs) have been requested to issue instructions for organizing programs in their respective departments on November 26, 2023. As the mentioned date falls on a non-working day, the programs are to be scheduled at the time of closing of the offices concerned. The objective is to celebrate the Constitution of India, during which the Preamble to the Constitution shall be read out.

All Heads of Departments (HoDs) have been requested to submit reports on the actions taken to the Home department promptly.
