Minister for Planning & Co-ordination Land Revenue and Parliamentary Affairs, Neiba Kronu graced the 28th Chakhesang Wrestling Championship on 10th February 2022 at sports complex, Pfutsero. 

He extended his greetings to the gathering and dignitaries from all over the state. Kronu urged the gathering to have peace, unity and co-operation as those are the factors which will help in the development of different sectors and popularization of wrestling specifically. The function was attended by high officials and dignitaries from all over the state.

The program was chaired by Kukhoto Venyo who gave the welcome address. Kezhienyi Khalo, Member, Nagaland Legislative Assembly was the Guest of honour during the programme. The championship composed of five (5) different wrestling associations from which 60(sixty) players from senior category and 20(Twenty) players from under 16 years junior category participated.
