Nagaland Electricity Regulatory Commission has informed that as conferred under Section 62 of the Electricity Act, 2003, the Nagaland Electricity Regulatory Commission, Kohima is holding Public Hearing on 10th September 2026 (Thursday) at 11 AM onwards in the Conference Hall of the NERC Office, Kohima on “True-up for FY 2024-25, APR for FY 2025-26 and ARR & Tariff Proposal for the FY 2026-27” as notified by the Department of Power, Nagaland on 6th August, 2026 in 2 local dailies English Newspapers inviting suggestions / objections from the general public.
Public hearing on the above proposals shall be as schedule below:
