Under the initiative of Pfutsero Administration and SDPO Pfutsero, a new traffic plan was launched at Pfutsero town on 5th July 2021.The plan was flagged off by Minister for Planning & Coordination, Land Revenue & Parliamentary Affairs, Neiba Kronu.

Speaking at the launching programme the Minister thanked the administration of Pfutsero for taking the initiative in making the plan. He said that traffic problems are faced all over the world, it depends on the citizens for traffic management and therefore everyone should follow the traffic rules laid by the authority. He opined that all the alternate routes around Pfutsero town should be opened to ease traffic problems. He later appealed the public of Pfutsero town to cooperate with the administration and traffic police.

The launching programme was chaired by Additional Deputy Commissioner, Pfutsero where he said that the bamboo barricades was made personally by SDPO, Pfutsero for which he is very thankful and sought cooperation from the public.

The new traffic plan for Pfutsero include, one minute parking, one side public parking, local taxi stands, pickup/Tata mobile parking, two wheeler parking, timings for goods trucks for entry in town, clearing of construction materials and other no parking zones to ease the traffic in the town. New road signs, boards and barricades were also installed around the town.
