In view of the on-going Special Summary Revision of E-Roll w.r.t. 01.01.2024 as the qualifying date, K. Libanthung Lotha IAS Commissioner & Secretary and E-Roll Observer for Kohima district visited Polling Stations under Kohima district on 3rd November 2023. 

During the field visit, the Observer interacted with the concerned BLOs and AEROs of the Polling Stations. He was accompanied by ADC & Electoral Registration Officer, Kohima, Rhosietho Nguori.
