The full text is as follows :
“As on today, the total number of positive cases in the State stands at 193. Out of this, the total number of active cases are 84, and 109 have recovered.
All the positive persons are receiving medical care at the designated COVID-19 Hospitals. As per the severity of symptoms, all the 84 active cases are asymptomatic.
As per the distribution of the 193 cases by age, there are 4 cases between 0-17 years, 182 cases between 18-44 years, 5 cases between 45-64 years and 2 cases between 65-74 years. As per the distribution of gender, there are 124 males and 69 females.
Till date, a total of 7,670 samples have been tested. The results of 6,692 samples have been received and 978 samples are awaited. Out of the 7,670 samples, 5,010 samples have been sent to the BSL-3 lab at the Naga Hospital Authority Kohima (NHAK) for testing till today, and the result of 4,169 samples have been received, and out of which 137 samples have tested positive.
A total of 7,969 persons are presently under Facility Quarantine and 1,709 persons are under Home Quarantine.
