According to the daily report on Law & Order in the State, two violations of the lock down were reported as on 2nd July. Joint Secretary, Hiazu Meru while issuing the report added that two persons were bound down but maintained that no law and order incident has been reported in the State.

On essential commodities, the report stated that all essential commodity shops, including milk shops remain opened in all districts. The report also informed that no shortage of essential commodities have been reported in any part of the State. No movement restriction was imposed for the distribution of essential commodities and on e-commerce agents.

The report also informed that migrant workers affected by the COVID-19 restrictions were provided food & shelter and informed that there is one active relief/shelter camp and one food camp where forty four persons were provided food.
