The full text is as follows :

“As on today, the total number of positive cases in the State stands at 535. Out of this, the total active cases are 338, and 197 have recovered. All the positive persons are receiving medical care at the designated COVID-19 Hospitals. As per the severity of symptoms, all the 338 active cases are asymptomatic.

Till date, a total of 12,570 samples have been tested. Results of 11,854 samples have been received.

Out of the total of 12,570 samples, 8, 251 samples have been received at the BSL-3 lab at the Naga Hospital Authority Kohima (NHAK) and the BSL-2 lab at CIHSR, Dimapur, and a total of 8, 133 samples have been tested, out of which 423 samples have tested positive.

In addition a total of 6, 240 samples have been tested by Truenat, out of which 124 samples tested positive and sent for confirmation by RT-PCR.

A total of 4,551 persons are presently under Facility Quarantine.
