The Nagaland Electricity Regulatory Commission (NERC), Kohima has regretted to inform that the Commission will not be able to hold Public Hearing on the Tariff Petition for the proposed 20 MW Solar Power Project at Jalukie, Peren as published earlier by the Project Developer i.e. M/s. Halo Energies Pvt. Ltd, Hyderabad on 1st and 2nd August, 2020 in 3 local daily English Newspapers due to various restrictions on the public movements/gathering by the State Government in view of the COVID-19 Pandemic.

Therefore, all the interested stakeholders in the State have been requested to submit their views & comments in writing, if any, on the tariff petition to the Secretary, Nagaland Electricity Regulatory Commission (NERC), Kohima, W.Y. Yanthan latest by 20th August, 2020 either through Registered Post or by email to nerc_kohima@yahoo.com/nerckohima@hotmail.com.
