The Office of the District Treasury Officer, Chumoukedima, has announced that the Annual Physical Verification of Pensioners and Family Pensioners drawing pension from the District Treasury Office, Chumoukedima, will be conducted from September 21 to 24, 2026.

As per the circular issued by the Treasury Officer, pensioners will be verified according to their Life Pension File Numbers and Family Pension File Numbers.

The schedule is as follows:

September 21: L-1 to L-100 (10 AM–12 PM), L-101 to L-200 (1 PM–3 PM); F-1 to F-100.

September 22: L-201 to L-300 (10 AM–12 PM), L-301 to L-400 (1 PM–3 PM); F-101 to F-200.

September 23: L-401 to L-500 (10 AM–12 PM), L-501 to L-600 (1 PM–3 PM); F-201 and above.

September 24: L-601 to L-700 (10 AM–12 PM), L-701 and above (1 PM–3 PM).

Pensioners are required to produce their Pension Payment Order (PPO)/Pension Book, photocopy of Aadhaar Card, recent passport-size photograph, photocopy of the front page of the bank passbook and duly filled Life Certificate form at the time of verification.

Pensioners who have registered on the Jeevan Pramaan Portal, generated a Digital Life Certificate and successfully mapped it with the Pension Payment Application will be exempted from the physical verification.

The circular further informed that the Life Certificate form and PPO Book (Personal Copy) may be collected from September 14 onwards, or alternatively downloaded from the Treasuries and Accounts official website. Pensioners above 80 years of age, or those unable to attend personally due to health or other genuine reasons, may arrange verification through an authorised representative, subject to submission of supporting documents and approval from the Treasury Office.

The District Treasury Office has urged all pensioners to adhere strictly to the scheduled dates and timings to ensure timely completion of the verification process and uninterrupted release of pension benefits.
