The Department of Art & Culture, Nagaland invites NGOs, educational institutions, student bodies, cultural organizations, youth clubs, and other interested groups to utilize the Tagore Cultural Complex (TCC) for seminars, workshops, training programmes, conferences, cultural events, meetings, exhibitions, and other suitable activities.

The Tagore Cultural Complex (TCC) has a seating capacity of 250 persons and is equipped with generator backup to ensure uninterrupted conduct of programmes. The facility is available at nominal rental charges, making it an ideal venue for educational, cultural, and community development activities.
