DC & District Election Officer, Phek, Rhosietho Nguori has informed all concerned citizens of Phek district regarding SIR in the district.

1. In case of any person to whom notice has been issued for being unmapped and for logical discrepancies the BLOs will visit the home of such persons for collection of documents and thereafter upload them on ECINet, for decision by the ERO/AEROs.

Such person need not be called for hearing to ERO/AEROs office.

Only in exceptional circumstances, as decided by the ERO/AERO, the hearing will be held preferably online, through the available and convenient communication modes.

Any adult members of the family can be authorized by the elector to attend the hearing on their behalf, if required.

2. Helpdesk will be set up in the office of the Deputy Commissioner & District Election Officer, Phek, for those people living in night shelters, laborers, poor people, homeless etc to facilitate them during SIR.

3.Declaration Form attached with Form 6 will be used during SIR phase only. For non-SIR period, the Form application as per Registration of Electors Rules 1960 will be used.
