Deputy Commissioner & District Election Officer Tseminyu, Japheth Woch (NCS) has informed to all electors of 12-Tseminyu (ST) Assembly Constituency under Tseminyu District that to facilitate voters, the commission has taken the following decisions during the ongoing Special Intensive Revision (SIR) 2026:

1. During SIR, incase of any person to whom notice has been issued for being unmapped and for logical discrepancies, BLOs will visit the homes of such person for collection of

documents and thereafter, upload them on the ECINet for decision by the ERO/AEROs. Such electors shall not be called to the ERO Office for hearing.

2. Hearing, if required in exceptional cases, shall be held online only. If the electors is old, sick or working outside Tseminyu, any adult family member can attend hearing on his/her behalf with authorisation letter.

3. Special Help Desks set up at Office of the DC & DEO (Room No-1 Election Branch, Ground floor) for Labourers, Poor and Homeless in Tseminyu District.

4. After completion of SIR in Tseminyu District, a special drive shall be taken up for enrollment of left-out electors and young/first time voters under the process of continuous updation.

5. The Declaration form (Annex-D) attached with Form -6 will be used only during SIR phase for normal period after SIR, Forms as per Registration of Elector Rules,1960 will be used.
