Deputy Commissioner, Wokha Orenthung Lotha has notified that as per Chief Engineer, PWD (NH) Nagaland, regarding the widening of the existing single/intermediate lane road to 2 lane road from KM 72.40 to KM 83.00 on NH-61 under Wokha district, the assessment of the damaged properties made earlier have been declared null and void vide DC Office orderNO.DCW/LR-15/NH-2/2018/979-3 dated 22nd June 2020.

Hence, in this regard, the assessment of the damage compensation of the structures likely to be effected along the project stretch (KM 72.40 to KM 83.00) will be carried out by the
committee constituted on 2nd September 2020 as per the schedule given below.

Niropen Gate- PWD colony on 14th Sept 2020 8:00AM,

PWD colony- Police point 15th Sept 2020 8:00AM,

Police point- NST colony 16th Sept 2020 8:00AM,

NST colony- Hammock Resort 17th Sept 2020 8:00AM.

Therefore, all the concerned village council chairman, colony chairman and GBs along with the land owners have been requested to be present on the schedule date and are requested to co-ordinate and extend cooperation to the survey team.
