A meeting in connection with the Publication of Draft Photo Electoral Roll pertaining to Special Summary Revision w.r.t. 01.01.2021 as the qualifying date was held in the DC's Conference Hall, Kohima on 16th November 2020. The meeting was held with the representatives of political parties and all the AEROs under Kohima district. 

ADC & ERO Kohima, LithronglaTongpiRutsa on behalf of the District Election Officer & Deputy Commissioner, Kohima thanked all the political parties, AEROs and others involved in the successful conduct of the Bye-election 2020. She said that the draft photo electoral roll has been prepared for references, if any claims or objection for inclusion or deletion of names in the E-roll can be carried out within the time frame. 

Assistant Election Officer, Kohima, ToshimerenAier also highlighted on the revision activities where he informed that publication of integrated draft electoral roll was prepared for distribution today while period for filling claims and objections dates is scheduled from 16th November to 15th December 2020 and Special Campaign dates from 20th and 21st of November 2020 and 04th and 05th December 2020. While Disposal of Claims and Objections by 5th January 2021 and checking of health parameters and obtaining Commission's permission for final Publication and also updating data base and printing supplements by 14th January 2021 and final publication of Electoral Roll is fixed on 15th January 2021.
