94th & 95th Reports on the Examination of the Audit Paragraphs that appeared in the Report of the Comptroller & Auditor General of India for the Years 2013-2014 & 2014-2015 relating to the Nagaland Industrial Development Corporation Ltd. (NIDC) under the Department of Industries and Commerce, 96th Report on the Examination of the Audit Paragraphs that appeared in the Comptroller & Auditor General of India's Report for the Years 2011-2016 pertaining to the Nagaland Industrial Raw Materials Supply Corporation Limited (NIRMSC) under the Department of Industries and Commerce, 97th & 98th Reports on the Examination of the Audit Paragraphs that appeared in the Report of the Comptroller & Auditor General of India for the Years 2014-16 relating to the Nagaland Hotels Limited (NHL) under the Department of Industries and Commerce, 99th Report on the Examination of the Audit Paragraphs that appeared in the Report of the Comptroller & Auditor General of India for the Years 2015-16 contained in the Nagaland Industrial Development Corporation (NIDC) under the Department of Commerce. 100th Report on Action Taken by the Government taken by the Government on the Observations and Recommendations made in the 84th Report of the Committee on Public Undertakings on the Examination of the Audit Paragraphs contained in the Report of the Comptroller & Auditor General of India for the Year 2011-2012 pertaining to the Nagaland State Mineral Development Corporation Limited (NSMDC) under the Department of Geology and Mining, The 101st Report of the Committee on Public Undertakings on the recommendations made by the Committee in the context of its Observations relating to the functioning of the NH Ltd. The Nagaland Goods and Services Tax (Fourth Amendment) Bill, 2020, was passed by the Chief Minister, Neiphiu Rio.
MLA, Imkong L. Imchen spoke on the issue of “Road condition between Patkai Bridge and Khoukhidolong”. He said that there should be a proper alternate arrangement of route and added that there should be quality monitoring of the roads and safety of the public should be a priority. Imchen also said that the casualties should be compensated by the government or the company.
