On the third day of the 7th Session of Thirteenth Assembly, on 16th February 2021, Chief Minister, Neiphiu Rio laid down a copy each of the Annual Administrative Reports of the following departments: Department of Sericulture 2020-2021, Department of Under Developed Areas (DUDA) 2020-2021, Department of Women Resource Development, 2020-2021, Department of Art and Culture, 2020-2021, Department of Electrical Inspectorate, 2020-2021, Department of Food & Civil Supplies, 2020-2021 Department of Fisheries & Aquatic Resources, 2020-2021, Water Resources Department, 2020-2021

            Deputy Chief Minister and Minister in-charge for Home. Roads & Bridges, Yanthungo Patton, laid down a copy of the Annual Administrative Report of the Home Department, 2020-2021.

            Minister for Agriculture, Cooperation, G. Kaito Aye, laid on the table a copy of the Annual Administrative Reports of the following: Department of Agriculture, 2020-2021 and Department of Cooperation, 2020-2021.

            Member and Chairman of the Committee on Public Undertakings, Mhathung Yanthan, presented a copy of the following reports:

            94th & 95th Reports on the Examination of the Audit Paragraphs that appeared in the Report of the Comptroller & Auditor General of India for the Years 2013-2014 & 2014-2015 relating to the Nagaland Industrial Development Corporation Ltd. (NIDC) under the Department of Industries and Commerce, 96th Report on the Examination of the Audit Paragraphs that appeared in the Comptroller & Auditor General of India's Report for the Years 2011-2016 pertaining to the Nagaland Industrial Raw Materials Supply Corporation Limited (NIRMSC) under the Department of Industries and Commerce, 97th & 98th Reports on the Examination of the Audit Paragraphs that appeared in the Report of the Comptroller & Auditor General of India for the Years 2014-16 relating to the Nagaland Hotels Limited (NHL) under the Department of Industries and Commerce, 99th Report on the Examination of the Audit Paragraphs that appeared in the Report of the Comptroller & Auditor General of India for the Years 2015-16 contained in the Nagaland Industrial Development Corporation (NIDC) under the Department of Commerce. 100th Report on Action Taken by the Government   taken by the Government on the Observations and Recommendations made in the 84th Report of the Committee on Public Undertakings on the Examination of the Audit Paragraphs contained in the Report of the Comptroller & Auditor General of India for the Year 2011-2012 pertaining to the Nagaland State Mineral Development Corporation Limited (NSMDC) under the Department of Geology and Mining, The 101st  Report of the Committee on Public Undertakings on the recommendations made by the Committee in the context of its Observations relating to the functioning of the NH Ltd. NHHDC Ltd. NIRMSC Ltd. & NIDC Ltd. under the Department of Industries and Commerce and the NSMDC Ltd. under the Department of Geology and Mining.

            The Nagaland Goods and Services Tax (Fourth Amendment) Bill, 2020, was passed by the Chief Minister, Neiphiu Rio.

            MLA, Imkong L. Imchen spoke on the issue of “Road condition between Patkai Bridge and Khoukhidolong”. He said that there should be a proper alternate arrangement of route and added that there should be quality monitoring of the roads and safety of the public should be a priority. Imchen also said that the casualties should be compensated by the government or the company.
