Deputy Commissioner, Mon Thavaseelan K, IAS notified that in the interest of public health and safety and with an aim to prevent and contain spread of Novel Corona Virus (COVID-19), the following directives are hereby issued:-

1. Public Movement Permit' will be issued for each Household under Mon Town.
2. Only 1 (one) person from a Household will be permitted to go out for purchase of essential commodities, medicines and visit ATM only on the production of this permit in original.
3. Shopkeepers shall sell the essential commodities to customers only on the production of this permit in original.
4. This permit will not be issued to home quarantine households until completion of the quarantine period.
