In exercise of the power conferred under National Disaster Management Authority to take effective measures so as to prevent the spread of COVID - 19 in the country which has been declared as pandemic by the World Health Organisation Deputy Commissioner Tuensang and Chairman District Task Force on COVID - 19, Kumar Ramnikant IAS has requisite the official Vehicles of the under mentioned officers for emergency COVID - 19 related duties.

The vehicles are expected to be in good running condition and it shall, along with attached /official driver be available anytime on call. Further, all the Officers who are not in the station presently have been directed to report back immediately with their official vehicles and to remain in station during the lockdown period.

The name of the Officers are as follows : Executive Engineer WRD, District Horticulture Officer, Chief Veterinary Officer, Assistant Registrar of cooperatives, District Fisheries Officer, Urban Development Officer, District Planning Officer, Sr. Treasury Officer, District Agriculture Officer, Principal Sao Chang College, Assistant Controller of Legal Metrology, District Programme Officer ICDS, District Welfare Officer and Superintendent of Taxes.

Failure to comply with this order shall invite prosecution as per provisions of section 51 to 60 of the Disaster Management Act, 2005.
