His Highness Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmed Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, Amir of the state of Kuwait passed away on 29.09.20. As a mark of respect to the departed dignitary, the Government of India has conveyed its decision to all states vide wireless message crash no. 3/5/20/20- public dated 01.10.2020 that there will be one day’s state mouring on 04.10.2020 throughout India. Hence, in compliance with the decision, National Flag will be flown half-mast on all buildings though out Nagaland where it is flown regularly and there will be no official entertainment on the day.
