The report on Law & Order issued by the Principal Secretary, Home, Abhijit Sinha informed that 5 violations of the lock down have been reported and 8(Eight) persons were bound as on 2nd of June 2020. However, no incident of law & order has been reported in the State.

On essential goods, the report stated that shops for essential goods including milk and medicines remain opened in all of the districts. The report further said that there has been no shortage of food grains, groceries, milk and medicine in any part of the State.

According to the report, no restrictions have been imposed on the movement of essential service providers, personnel or workers in manufacturing units and e-commerce agents for distribution of essential commodities.

The Principal Secretary also informed that the suitable arrangements made for providing food & shelter to affected migrant workers by COVID-19 restrictions continue to function adding that that there is 1(One) active relief camp. Also, there are 2 (Two) food camps where 201 (Two Hundred and One) daily wagers and needy people were provided food and dry ration.
