The Office of the Deputy Commissioner & District Election Officer, Chumoukedima, has informed the general public that Special Camps will be conducted at all Polling Stations under 4-Ghaspani-I and 5-Ghaspani-II Assembly Constituencies, on 9th October 2026, in connection with the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of Electoral Rolls, 2026.

The Special Camps are being organised as per the direction of the Election Commission of India with the objective of facilitating enrolment of all eligible citizens and the submission of relevant documents by electors who have received notices.

All eligible citizens who have attained the age of 18 years, as well as electors who have received notices, have been requested to attend the Special Camps at their respective Polling Stations and avail assistance in filling Forms 6, 7 and 8, along with the required documents.

The Booth Level Officers (BLOs) and Booth Level Agents (BLAs) will remain present at the Polling Stations during the camps to facilitate and assist electors. The District Election Officer has also directed all concerned BLOs, BLO Supervisors, EROs and other officials to ensure necessary arrangements and strict compliance for the successful conduct of the Special Camps.
