A total of 96 beds have been facilitated at the quarantine centre located in the outskirt of Meluri town. 5 government buildings are being utilised as quarantine centre for Meluri sub-division.
The number of returnees as of 21st May 2020 counts to 11, including 9 males and 2 females, out of which 5 returnees are stationed at the head quarter quarantine centre while the other six returnees coming from green zone have been quarantined at their respective village quarantine centre.
Various NGOs churches and public have extended helping hands for combating the pandemic. All churches under Meluri head quarter have volunteered to cook for the returnees on rooster system.
