TECHNICAL EDUCATION DEPT. INFORMS JEE-MAIN CANDIDATES

The Directorate of Technical Education has informed all the JEE-MAIN (2020) candidates that Central Seat Allocation Board (CSAB) - NEUT, 2020 have come up with the tentative schedule for registration and online counseling for the State reserved quota supernumerary seats allotted to the State of Nagaland by the Ministry of Human Resource and Development (Ministry of Education).

In this regard, students are advised to abide by the schedule and also visit the official website of the Department www.dtenagaland.org.in time to time for any changes or updates on the proposed schedule. The seat-matrix allotted and reserved for the State of Nagaland under CSAB-NEUT, 2020 is made available in the above mentioned website.

Also, it is informed that with regards to eligibility criteria which was in effect till 2019, owing to prevailing circumstances and as recommended by CSAB – 2020, it has decided to relax the eligibility criterion for admission. JEE (Mains) 2020 qualified candidates will now only need a passing certificate in class XII examination irrespective of the marks obtained.
