District Administration Mon in collaboration with NSRLM Mon and ATMA Mon organised a one-day training on Mushroom production technology at Council Hall Mon on 23th March 2022 under the aegis of Beti Pachao Beti Padhao Mon. 

SDO (C) Mon Sadar, Lithrila Sangtam, NCS highlighted the significance of BPBP. She stated that economic independence of women was necessary for women empowerment and encouraged the gathering to ensure that the training was implemented in their respective homes and villages while highlighting the huge business potential of mushroom production. 

BPM, NSRLM, Yatao Konyak chaired the event and also delivered a speech on Credit linkage. Resource persons for the training were Block Technology Manager (BTM) Aboi, Mhachamo Ngullie and BTM, ATMA, Mon, Vimeno Zao. 

Dy PD, ATMA Mon, Subenthung Odyuo delivered the vote of thanks.
