The Directorate of Women Resource Development, Nagaland, has invited applications from interested female candidates for the 2nd Batch of Training Programme for the year 2026–2027 under two trades Baking & Confectionery and Hairstyling.

The training programme will be conducted under the Multi Training Centre (MTC), Bayavü, Kohima, with each course having an intake capacity of 10 trainees. The courses are scheduled to be conducted from September to November 2026 for duration of three months.

For the Baking & Confectionery course, applicants must have passed Class X and should be between 18 and 35 years of age as on August 31, 2026. Similarly, candidates applying for the Hairstyling course must have passed Class X and fall within the prescribed age group of 18 to 35 years.

The Directorate informed that the last date for submission of applications is 25th August, 2026. The selection process will include an interview scheduled for 28th August 2026, from 10:30 AM onwards, at the Multi Training Centre, Bayavü, Kohima.

Applications will be received on a first-come, first-served basis, in an intake ratio of 1:3 for each course.

Interested applicants have been asked to submit their applications addressed to the Director, Women Resource Development, on plain paper, clearly stating their bio-data. The applications should be accompanied by two recent passport-size photographs, self-attested copies of the relevant mark sheet, birth certificate, ST Certificate and any other relevant documents.
