The District Level Implementation cum Monitoring Committee (DLIMC) for Chief Minister Micro Finance Initiative (CMMFI) meeting was convened on 15th January 2025 at DC’s Conference Hall, Wokha.

The meeting chaired by Deputy Commissioner Wokha, Vineet Kumar IAS, focused on the updates, rules, and guidelines of CMMFI 2.0. The session saw comprehensive discussions among stakeholders, including officials from banks and government departments.

Skill Coordinator, District Administration, Anuranjan Singh delivered a PowerPoint presentation detailing the criteria, processes, procedures, and required documents for beneficiaries, as well as the sanctioned amounts under different schemes.

Deputy Commissioner, Vineet Kumar addressed various issues and problems associated with applicants and concerned departments. He emphasized the importance of processing and approving only genuine applications to ensure the successful implementation of the schemes. Additionally, he directed that an awareness drive and general information be circulated to the public to achieve and celebrate success stories from the district.

According to the data provided by the banks, as of 15th January 2025, a total of 226 applications were received. Out of these, 80 were sanctioned, 85 were rejected, 42 were withdrawn, and 19 are currently under process.
