In view of the forthcoming General Election of the 14th Legislative Assembly, a coordination meeting was held between the General Observer of 13th Pughoboto Assembly Constituency Aditya Prakash IAS, Expenditures Observer Vasanth Geasan, the Sector Magistrate & Nodal Officer of 13th Pughoboto A/C on 8th February at DB's hall ADC & District Election office Pughobto.

General Observer Aditya Prakash inquired about the manpower, transport, EVMs, VVPATs, and reserve EVMs, Model Polling Station and highlighted the Model Code of Conduct and its implementation. He emphasized the importance of Mapping exercises, Flag marches, toll-free numbers, Area domain exercises, Inter District cheek posts to ensure a free and fair Election. He also informed that once the list of Candidates is finalized Ballot Paper has to be printed as per the Guidelines of the Election Commission.

Expenditures Observer Vasanth Gesan informed the importance of the Video Surveillance team, Video Viewing team, Accounting team, Media Certification & Monitoring cell, and Flying Squads. He advised all the teams to work in coordination to ensure free and free Elections.
