Deputy Commissioner, Wokha Orenthung Lotha, has informed that regarding the widening of the existing single/intermediate lane road from Km 72.40 to Km 83.00 on NH-61 under Wokha district, the office of the Deputy Commissioner, Wokha has received Claims/objections from the affected landowners.

The Nagaland State Legal Services Authority (NSLSA) has sanctioned a total amount of Rs. 67,26,000 under Nagaland Victim Compensation Scheme (NVCS), 2012 for the year 2020 for 29 cases. The distribution to respective dependents or families of victims by District Legal Services Authorities started in the month of July.
