Deputy Commissioner, Tuensang, Kumar Ramnikant IAS has informed that the existing lockdown measures would continue to remain in force in the Tuensang District with the following additional relaxation and re-opening of activities with effect from 1st October to 31st October, 2021.

In the interest of public order and safety, Deputy Commissioner Kohima, Gregory Thejawelie, NCS has issued an order stating that dumping of construction/building materials, stone, logs, timbers etc. and parking of off-road vehicles along the road/Highway will be strictly prohibited. 

Deputy Commissioner Kohima, Gregory Thejawelie, NCS has issued an order stating that the existing lockdown measures have been extended from 1st October 2021 up to 31st October 2021 in Kohima District, with further relaxations and re-opening of more activities as under:

The Kohima Ao Students Union (Ao Kaketshir Telongjem Kohima) Students Day-cum-General Meeting was observed on the 2nd October 2021 at Molu Ki, Paramedical Colony Kohima.

As part of the observance of Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav week was held at Tseminyu, organised by Tseminyu Town Council and District Administration, led by Additional Deputy Commissioner, Tseminyu, Manpai Phom, under the theme "Kachra Alag Karo Amrit Diwas" (Waste segregation day) from 29th September 2021 to 2nd October 2021.
