NBSE INFORMS ON SCHOOL LEADERSHIP PROGRAMME

In continuation of the Circular dated 17th March 2022, the Nagaland Board of School Education has notified for information that the last session of the School Leadership Programme, viz. Module 6: To understand the post-Covid situation and organize plans to overcome the hurdles in a phased manner, is scheduled for 7th June 2022 from 2:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.

NSDMA ISSUES WEATHER UPDATES

The Nagaland State Disaster Management Authority (NSDMA), Home Department issues weather updates for the coming days. In the coming days, Nagaland will experience isolated heavy rainfall due to the influence of an east-west trough from northwest Rajasthan to south Bihar and south-westerly winds from the Bay of Bengal to northeast India at lower tropospheric levels which is expected to be fairly widespread. There may be heavy rainfall from the 28th to 31st of May all over the state.

MOKOKCHUNG POLICE ARRESTED SEVERAL INDIVIDUALS FOR POSSESSING ILLEGAL ITEMS

Addl. Superintendent of Police & PRO Mokokcung through a release has informed that on 22/05/22 one person namely Lipokakum T Ao S/O Lt. Dr. C. Tarep of Mopungchuket village and presently a resident of Kher Mahal Dimapur was arrested by Mokokchung police personnel for possessing of illegal suspected brown sugar (approx.27gms). In this connection, a case was registered at MKG PS-I.
