DC KOHIMA INFORMS ON EXTENSION OF LOCKDOWN

 

 

Deputy Commissioner, Kohima, Gregory Thejawelie, has informed on 17th June 2021 that the existing lockdown measures shall continue to remain in force in Kohima District till 30thJune 2021, with the following additional directives as given hereunder:

EXTENSION OF LOCKDOWN IN THE STATE

 

 

The State Government informed that the High Powered Committee on COVID-19 in its meeting held on 16th June 2021reviewed the situation in the State and it is has observed that the positivity rate of COVID-19 in the State continues to remain high, above 5% in all the districts of the State, warranting the need for taking adequate measures for preventing the spread of COVID-19;

HOUSES SEALED AT TOBU

In order to take effective measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19, EAC Tobu, Tsidi, NCS on 15th June 2021, ordered the immediate sealing of House No.214, ADC Ward and House No.55, Medical Ward, till further order.

HOUSE SEALED AT SAIJANG VILLAGE

With the detection of COVID-19 positive person through screening test and in order to take preventive measures to contain the spread of COVID-19, ADC Jalukie, Dr. Tinojongshi Chang, NCS has ordered the sealing of House no. 05 at Saijang Village, ppposite IRB Camp Gate with immediate effect until further order.
