SDO (C) & Administrator Noklak Town Council, Noklak, C. Phuniang, NCS in an order issued on 17th September 2020 stated that, basing on the meeting minutes of the District Task Force on Covid-19 held on 11th September 2020, all concerned have been that unregulated disposal of used safety kits like masks, hand sanitizer container, hand gloves/PPE kits have potential of causing adverse long term hazard to health and environment. Therefore, disposal of such materials need to be managed in a systematic /hygienic way by deposing in a safe place strictly ensuring that it is not littered around or thrown in stream, river and drainages. 

Administrator, further directed to all concerned to strictly adhere to the order in the interest of Public Health and safely. Defaulters shall invite necessary action as per relevant provision of law, he added.
