Pughoboto Sub-division Planning Board meeting was conducted under the chairmanship of MLA and SDPDB Chairman Y. Vikheho Swu at the DB Court Hall, Pughoboto on 7th April 2021.

            The House decided to take up with the authority for posting immediately, the schools running without Head Master and Assistant Head Master under Pughoboto Sub-division. The house deliberated on minority scholarship for class 1 to 10, which will be applied online. Replying to the deplorable condition road between Kashanyu to Pughoboto, SDO Akum yanger apprised the house that it will see the matter after the completion of some works in the area. The House also discussed about renovating offices. 

            SDEO, Grace Ashom in her presentation informed that all together there are 32 schools, 303 teachers and 1213 students as per the latest data in the Sub-division. Area Education officer highlighted the duties, power and functioning of Schools. Veterinary department has been entrusted with the PowerPoint presentation for the next meeting.
