The Confederation of All Nagaland State Services Employees' Association (CANSSEA) felicitated Director of Fisheries & Aquatic Resources, Government of Nagaland, Kevisa Kense, on his induction into the Indian Administrative Service (IAS).

CANSSEA expressed their gratitude to the government for implementing and adhering to the IAS (recruitment) Rules 1954 and inducting a member from a Non-State Civil Service of Nagaland. The association wished him success in all his future endeavor.
