In continuation of Notification No.22 Dated Kohima the 8th March 2021, the Department of Education and Literacy, Ministry of Education, Government of India is coordinating a number of events on Celebration of 75 years of India's Independence - Azadi Ka Amrut Mahotsay. As such, an upcoming event is singing "Rashtragaan" (National Anthem) and uploading the same on a specially designed webpage https://rashtragaan.in.

In this connection, the Nagaland Board of School Education has informed all Heads of Institutions (both Government and Private) registered under NBSE to inform their students of all ages, parents, teaching and non-teaching staff about the event. Participants are requested to go to the website https://rashtragaan.in and self-record their rendition of the National Anthem and upload.

The last date for participation is 14th August, 2021. Schools have been requested to encourage their students and staff to actively participate in this event.
