The Pughoboto Sub Divisional DPDB meeting was held on 9th September at DB’s Hall, Office of the Additional Deputy Commissioner Pughoboto under the chairmanship of MLA and Chairman Pughoboto SDPDB Y.Vikheho Swu. He gave a brief introduction on the inauguration of the newly constructed Mini Secretariat and the plan of action for the inauguration at Pughoboto Town.

The chairman inform the house that Chief Minister Nagaland is expected to inaugurate the newly constructed office of ADC office, office of PWD (R&B), office of FM, Sub DIC, office of Additional Public Relations Officer, solar plant, and outdoor stadium.

The house deliberated and agreed on the construction of a gate at the entrance office of ADC Pughoboto and the Action Plan was entrusted to EE PWD (R&B). Road construction from Kasha to Mini Secretariat 15 km and supervision action plan by EE PWD (RB). Security Deployment, Action Plan to SDPO Pughoboto. Water supply and rain harvesting tank at Mini Secretariat. Identification & planning for a park. Temporary lighting at Mini Secretariat. Clearing of debris on the pipeline between water sources. Beautification of ADC office's main gate area and parking.

The house also decided that except for the office of ADC, the three offices of EE PWD (RB), APRO and Sub DIC will immediately move to their new office building once the Secretariat inauguration is complete. All other logistic details will be discussed in the next coordination meeting. The meeting ended with thanks from the chair.
