A training session for all Micro Observers assigned to the 43 (ST) Tapi Assembly Constituency took place on October 28, 2023. The session was held at the DC Conference Hall in Mon.

            The training was conducted by General Observer MG Rajamanickam, IAS, in collaboration with EAC & ARO for 43 (ST) Tapi AC, Tshelhi-u, T. Imlongchaba Chang, and AEO Nathan Konyak.

            During the session, General Observer MG Rajamanickam, IAS, provided detailed briefings on the duties and responsibilities of the trainees. He emphasized the importance of ensuring a free and fair election. Additionally, he urged all trainees to closely monitor the functioning of the election machines during the electoral process.
