Inaugural function of the 45-day skill up-gradation on handloom weaving under SAMARTH (Scheme for Capacity Building in Textile Sector) is a flagship skill development scheme approved in continuation to the Integrated Skill Development Scheme of the Ministry of Textile, organised by the Weavers’ Service Centre (WSC), Dimapur started on 8th September 2022 at Blue Hill Colony, Wokha, with SDO (C) Tsidi as the special guest.<
