The 13th National Voters Day (NVD) was observed on the theme "Nothing Like Voting, I Vote for Sure" at the Additional Deputy Commissioner's office in Chozuba on 25th January 2023.

ADC cum AERO Imokokla delivered a speech and administered the pledge of NVD. Mutsoveyi was declared as the best Block Level Officer (BLO) 2023 of the 18th Assembly Constituency, Chozuba. The felicitation of new voters enrolled was the highlight of the programme. N. Nyamok Konyak, Extra Assistant Commissioner delivered the significance of NVD. Sangpangchang Longkumer, EAC presided the ceremony. The occasion was witnessed by political parties, BLOs, NGOs along with newly enrolled voters
