Assam Rifles dedicated one waiting shed at Vihuto village, which has been a long awaited requirement of the villagers. The waiting shed will not only assist villagers of Vihuto but also the common commuters of road connecting Jalukie and Dimapur via Sukhovi as the area is prone to heavy rain fall during raining seasons and the village did not have any bus waiting shed nearby  road side. A little girl named Livy Zhimo was insisted by Assam Riffles to do the inauguration.

A large number of villagers, village authorities and members of church attended the inauguration ceremony wherein the Villagers extended their gratitude towards friends of North East People (AR) on the occasion.
