Organised by Tening Town Youth organization, the 2nd Inter Ward Tournament commenced on 9th January 2023 at Tening local ground with Advisor for Water Resources, Namri Nchang as the special guest.

Advisor, Namri Nchang in his speech encouraged the youth to focus on physical activities and to stop indulging in substance abuse. He also spoke on the importance of quality education which the youth of present generation need the most. Nchang also complimented the management and staff of Tening Town Youth Organization for organizing the tournament for the people of Tening and encouraged the participating teams to give their best.

A speech was also delivered by the Ningting society while the President of TTYO, Bakam delivered the keynote address.
