A three-day Adi Karmayogi Abhiyan Responsive Governance Training Programme was organised by District Process Lab- Peren in collaboration with the District Administration on 17th September, 2025 at Conference Hall, G. A. Guest House, Peren New District Headquarter.

Delivering the overview of the programme, Deputy Commissioner, Peren Hiazu Meru highlighted on the Aadi Karmayogi Abhiyan that it is a national movement to build a decentralized tribal leadership and governance ecosystem. Spearheaded by the Ministry of Tribal Affairs, it empowers the tribal and bringing change across 1 lakh villages in tribal-dominated districts through capacity building, convergence and community participation. Further, he stated that Abhiyan Portal serves as the digital backbone of the mission enabling registration, training, monitoring, and transformation at scale. 

Deputy Commissioner appealed the trainees to make the training profitable with sincerity and with an aim to serve the Abhiyan a grand success and stated that no one should left out in 2047 national initiative programme. DC Peren further said that the Master Trainers is very important as they have to get proper knowledge and impart the proper knowledge in the village level for the benefit of the district.

Earlier Dr. Nitovi, SMO Jalukie in his opening remarks highlighted on Abhiyan's objectives which were to train and mobilize tribal leaders, establish 1 lakh Adi Sewa Kendras - Single Window Tribal Service Centres, and to facilitate Village Vision Planning & Development Action Plan.

The three-days training inaugural programme was presided by EAC Peren, Mhashumi T. Ezung and vote of thanks was delivered by EAC Peren, Donan Yimchunger. The training will comprise of different activities and will continue till 19th September 2025.
