The live telecast virtual program of Prime Minister of India, Narendra Modi interacting with the students, teachers, and parents from all over the world during the 5th edition of ‘Pariksha Pe Charcha’ held at Talkatora Stadium, Delhi was viewed by the students and teachers of Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, Kohima at the school auditorium on 1st April 2022.
Principal-in-charge, Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, Kohima, Besii Kollo said Pariksha Pe Charcha (PPC) is an annual event in which the Prime Minister responds to questions related to examination stress and related areas posed by Exam Warriors, and in the wake of the country coming out of the COVID-19 pandemic and exams shifting back to offline mode, this year’s PPC was rather significant, it also noted that it underlines the importance of GOI initiatives like PPC in building the knowledge-based economy of 21st century; becoming a formal institution through which Prime Minister interacts directly with the students and selected students across the nation visit Raj Bhawans to watch the event in the presence of the State Governors.
The Pariksha Pe Charcha is a part of the larger movement led by Prime Minister, Narendra Modi, to create a stress-free atmosphere for youngsters, to bring together students, parents, teachers, and society to foster an environment where the unique individuality of each child is celebrated, encouraged and allowed to express itself fully.
It also noted that based on an online creative writing competition on a bouquet of themes, organized from 28th December 2021 till 3rd February 2022 through MyGov platform, the staff and students of JNV, Kohima also participated in the creative writing competitions.
