Chiephobozou Sub-Division celebrated 77th Republic Day at ADC’s Office premises, Chiephobozou, Kohima on 26th January 2026.
Additional Deputy Commissioner of Chiephobozou, Alemyapang Longchar unfurled the National flag and took the Rashtriya Saluted from 10 IRB Zhadima, followed by Singing of the National Anthem from GHSS Chiechama. The ADC also read out the Republic Day message, and handed over Soil Health Cards distributed by the Department Of Soil and Water Conservation to 14 villages under Chiephobozou Sub-Division under Kohima district.
The program was compered by L. Akumtola Imchen, Sr. Lecturer and Mengu-ü Sekhose Lecturer, DIET, Chiechama. The occasion was attended by Village Council members, GBs & DBs, NGOs, and government officials from all the departments.
