A weekly Census review meeting was held on 8th July 2026 at Office Chamber of ADC, Chiephobozou. Addressing the meeting, ADC Chiephobozou, Vekusheyi Rhakho, NCS has informed that the objective of the meeting was to review the progress and activities of Census HLO, to identify challenges, share solution and good practices and to ensure timely completion. He also emphasized on completeness and accuracy of enumeration. 

            Emphasizing on the importance of quality and accuracy of data, the ADC reminded the Census Supervisors to make a regular visits and random checks so that they would physically guide the Enumerators and clear their confusions. He also reminded the importance of confidentiality while carrying out the operational activities and asked them to strictly follow the Acts, rules and operational guidelines given by the department of Census. He requested the supervisors to take immediate action and guidance wherever error is detected and to address the issues and take guidance from any Master Trainers or Census Nodal officer. 

            All the Supervisors highlighted their operational and progress status report and address their challenges and grievances in the ongoing House Listing Operation.

            While officials from Directorate of Census, Kohima, Assistant Director (T), Chuyalo Kath and Dr. Kekrietshunuo Kire, Sr. Executive also interacted and gave all the necessary guidance to the Supervisor. Field Trainers for the Census Operation, Alemsongla Jamir, Lecturer DIET Chiechama and Ruthla Sangtam, DIET Lecturer Chiechama also highlighted various guidelines and issues in the presence of Chiephobozou Town Charge Officer, EAC, Chiephobozou Viketoulie Metha, Botsa Charge Officer, EAC Kohima, Ane Khieya.
