In connection with the forthcoming Republic Day celebration on 26th January 2025 the

Additional Deputy Commissioner Chozuba, Dr. Diana Patton in a notification has directed all departments to submit completion of assigned distribution of work by 4:00 pm on 25th January to the EAC headquarters, Chozuba, the overall incharge of the program. The expenditure incurred for the work assigned will be borne by the concern department.

The head of office are also directed to hoist the national flag in their respective office at 6:00 am on 26th January.
