The 3rd Nagaland Photography Festival was held at Yimchalu Village Mokokchung organized by the Photography Club Dimapur with Team Yimchalu concluded on 21st September 2024 with Advisor, Information & Public Relations, Soil & Water Conservation, Imkong L Imchen as the special guest during the closing function.

Addressing the function, Imchen said Photography has become an important tool in all social, legal and other aspects in our daily life. While congratulating the organizer for successfully conducting such an event he holds on to the belief that we are in the process of history making by impacting the society through such an event. He also called upon the youths to take up the initiatives in conducting such events across the state to exhibit their talents and also to encourage the art of photography and said, ’they are the entrepreneurs to the Naga people’.

Earlier in the programme invocation was pronounced by Associate Pastor, youth Sungratsu Baptist Church while vote of thanks was proposed by Meyisanger Lemtur, convener 3rd Nagaland Photography festival. The special guest also gave away the prizes to the cosplay winners held during the festival. Beeba Mutum and Moluzen Walling were awarded first and second prize respectively.
