The 1st Phase of the Census 2027, House listing and Housing Census commenced in Noklak district on 1st July 2026 involving 160 Census functionaries including the Charge Officers.
The Charge Officer of Noklak Town, Vikhoto Richa, NCS SDO (Civil) Noklak along with Supervisors and Enumerators visited the residence of Deputy Commissioner Noklak as part of house-to-house operation at 7:00 AM. The House listing and Housing Census operation will continue till 31st July 2026.
The Deputy Commissioner & Principal Census Officer Noklak, P. Mono Khiamniungan, NCS extended best wishes to all the Charge Officers and Census functionaries across the district and also appealed to all Stakeholders in the district to cooperate and support the census functionaries for accurate and successful conduct of the Census 2027.
